How it works
- Book your returnTell us where to pick up and snap a photo of your Amazon return QR code. Takes about 2 minutes.⚠️ When you start the return in Amazon, pick the UPS Store in Springville, UT as your drop-off location — that's where we take it.
- We pick it upOne of the Bros shows up at your door, grabs the box, and waves.
- We drop it offWe take it to the UPS Store in Springville, UT, scan your QR, and email you when it's done.
Good to know
- You start the return in your Amazon account first — we just do the driving and the drop-off.
- Please be sure all original packaging is included so your return can be processed correctly.
- If your Amazon return says a box is needed, make sure it's boxed and ready to ship.
- We pick up Monday & Wednesday evenings (4:30–5:30 PM) and drop off at the UPS Store in Springville, UT.
- We currently serve the Mapleton, UT area — other areas coming soon.
- It's $2 for your first package and $1 for each one after. We take Venmo.
- For liability reasons we only take items worth $150 or less.
